Pyro-Paint 634-ALP is a single part, phosphate-bonded, alumina coating system bonds exceptionally well to dense refractory ceramics, providing high abrasion and corrosion resistance for operating temperatures to 3200°F (1760°C).Pyro-Paint 634-ALP is a simple to use, environmentally friendly, water-based formulation containing no volatile organic compounds. It dries at room temperature in 2 hours, step curing for 2 hours at 200°F and 1 hour at 800°F.
